Quality Performance

Stacking and bonding laminations is the primary focus of PLE.

Premiere laminations are adhesive cemented/bonded to achieve the maximum performance available. We bond stacks that exhibit extremely high interlaminar bond strength. This eliminates the need for rivets, welding, dimples, screws, and other methods employed to overcome weak adhesive systems. It eliminates the need for solid, thicker end caps, which reduces cost and provides improved magnetic characteristics of the stator core and other wound assemblies. Bonded stacks are sufficiently strong that they can be side drilled and tapped without fear of delamination occurring.

Only premium quality adhesives are used in the process of bonding. The process is controlled to provide consistent quality stacks.
